Credits and refunds

How credits work

• New accounts get 3 free credits, once.
• Quick research costs 1 credit per item. Deep dive costs 5 credits per item.
• 10 credits: $9.99
• 25 credits: $19.99
• 60 credits: $39.99
• Credits never expire. They cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

When credits come back automatically

• If an item cannot be researched, its credits go back to your balance.
• If a whole tasting fails, every credit for it goes back.

You do not need to ask. You can see returned credits in the history on your profile.

Refunds for purchased credits

• Ask within 14 days of buying a pack, and we will refund it if none of the pack has been spent.
• After that, or once any of the pack is spent, there are no cash refunds, except where the law requires one.
• Free credits are not refundable.

How to ask

Email hello@upliftduo.com from your account address with the date of purchase. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

If a tasting looks wrong or incomplete, tell us. We will fix it or return the credits.
